TruthStone PM uses an AI agent to coordinate maintenance requests, vendor scheduling, and property updates via text message. Before you receive any messages, you must actively choose to opt in. No one — not your landlord, not your property manager, not TruthStone — can enroll you without your explicit consent.

If you prefer not to use SMS-based AI coordination, that's completely fine. Alternative communication methods are available. Just contact us at alexander@truthstonepm.com to discuss other options.
