TruthStone PM ("we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered property management communication service. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our service.

We collect information that you provide directly to us in connection with our property management communication service, including:
- Name and contact information (phone number, email address)
- Property address and unit number
- Maintenance request details, descriptions, and photographs
- Messages exchanged through our communication platform
- SMS opt-in consent records
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Coordinate maintenance requests between tenants, property owners, and service providers
- Schedule vendor appointments and follow up on service completion
- Send property status notifications and updates to property owners
- Send non-marketing, operational SMS messages related to property management coordination
- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
- Improve and maintain our service
3. Information Sharing
We share your information only as necessary to provide our property management coordination service:
- Between parties in a property relationship: Tenant maintenance requests are shared with the assigned property owner and service provider. Vendor scheduling details are shared with the relevant tenant and property owner.
- Service providers: We use third-party messaging services (such as Twilio) to deliver SMS messages. These providers process message delivery data as necessary to transmit your messages.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for any purpose.
4. SMS / Text Messaging Data
No mobile opt-in data (including phone numbers obtained through SMS opt-in) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
When you opt in to receive SMS messages from TruthStone PM (by texting START to our number or providing written consent during onboarding), we collect and store:
- Your mobile phone number
- Your opt-in consent record (method, date, and time)
- Message history for service coordination purposes
SMS messages from TruthStone PM are strictly non-marketing and operational in nature. Messages relate exclusively to property management coordination, including maintenance updates, scheduling, vendor follow-ups, appointment confirmations, owner updates, and property status notifications.
Message frequency varies based on property activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP or contacting us at alexander@truthstonepm.com.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or receiving any service from TruthStone PM.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as you are an active user of our service or as needed to provide our services. Maintenance request records and communication history are retained for the duration of the property management relationship. When you opt out of SMS messaging, we retain a record of your opt-out preference to ensure we do not send further messages.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:

- Request deletion of your personal information
- Opt out of SMS messaging at any time by replying STOP
